Within the context of the project TRANSCOLAB – Cross-Border Collaborative Laboratory for Sustainability and Innovation in the Agro-Food and Agro-Industrial Sectors, Paralab and CIMO-IPB have organized the workshop “Fat and proteins determination in food matrices” where the application of innovative methods (RMN and DUMAS) versus traditional ones was discussed. The workshop, which ocurred on 25th October 2019 at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, accounted with 86 participants among professors, researchers, students, and industrials.
