Nowadays, cell culture has acquired an undeniable importance, affirming itself as an essential tool for those who work in fundamental research and Health appliance. It allows an individual and varied analysis of parameters in a short time, obviating the animal experimentation and consequently cost reduction. This course aims to provide theoretical and practical preparation based on the technique of animal cell culture as well as the potential of clinical application including flow cytometry techniques.
