FROM NATURE TO PRODUCTS, TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY.
Promove 2024 CIMO-IPB results
Within the context of the Program “Promove 2024” promoted by the Foundation “La Caixa” and the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), CIMO-IPB got approved 4 Mobilizing R&D projects, ASINIFIRE – Ana Villa Serrano, 3Rs – Lillian Barros, OLIVOTEC – Nuno Rodrigues and BactoCast – Paula Baptista.
In addition, 4 Innovative pilot projects (INOVÁGUA – Helder Gomes, Nutr&ssencial – Carla Pereira, BEE4CHEESE – Soraia Falcão and Naturing – Arantzazu Santamaria) and 4 “Ideas with the potential to become innovative pilot projects” (WildForSe, Waste4Health, Stick SOS PAPÁS and FEnOil with the mentorship of José Pinela, Cristina Caleja, Manuel Ricardo Calhelha and Olívia Pereira, respectively) were approved. A global budget surpassing 800 thousand euros was guaranteed.

A special thanks go to all the involved students in the teams of the initiative Ideas with the potential to become innovative pilot projects.
