eSafeFoods Workshop: "Making the Most of Microbiological Challenge Test Data"

As part of the ERASMUS project "eSafeFoods", the face-to-face training event "Making the Most of Microbiological Challenge Test Data" will take place at the School of Agriculture (IPB) as a three-hour demo workshop on the 30 April 2024. This is a free event for postgraduate students and researchers who wish to learn how to analyse and exploit the kinetics data obtained from microbiological inoculation experiments in foods.
