The SustainableTrout project aims to valorise surplus trout from the Boticas aquaculture station (Boticas Municipality), creating a portfolio of innovative CIMO- IPB/AquaValor food products for commercial exploitation (+Boticas), with the aim of creating a brand with strong regional and cultural value. The aim is to contribute to the production of high-value-added solutions of national interest, with an impact on the sustainability of endogenous resources and the economic dynamics of the Trás-os-Montes region.
