The International Seminar “ArtiSaneFood: Bio-preservation and Risk Modelling Approaches” is organised as the final scientific event of the PRIMA-funded project “Innovative Bio-interventions and Risk Modelling Approaches for Ensuring Microbial Safety and Quality of Mediterranean Artisanal Fermented Foods”, and will take place at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança on the 24-25th May 2023. The main objective is to present to the scientific community project’s results dealing with the application of natural preservatives and biocontrol interventions for improving the safety of artisanal fermented foods. The ArtiSaneFood Final Seminar is an open event, and researchers outside the project's consortium are invited to participate by submitting an abstract. For more information, visit:
