CIMO-IPB participation in the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Meeting on microbiological risk assessment of Listeria monocytogenes in foods

Ursula Gonzales-Barron has been invited to participate in the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Meeting on microbiological risk assessment of Listeria monocytogenes in foods, being held at FAO Headquarters, Rome, from 24 to 28 October 2022. Ursula Gonzales-Barron acts as Secretariat of the meeting due to the authoring of the Background Consultation document "A roadmap for the development of risk assessment models of L. monocytogenes in selected produce and seafood products", commended to her by the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety of the World Health Organization.
