We are pleased to invite you to the "Workshop: Extrusion processes in
flour", included within the framework of the Interreg TRANSCoLAB
project: Cross-Border Collaborative Laboratory for the sustainability
and innovation of the agri-food and agro-industrial sector, led by the
Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, which involves different
universities, institutions, and industries in the regions of Castilla
y León and Northern Portugal.
This event will be held on January 29th, 2021. It will feature the
presence of distinguished experts in the field of extrusion to present
the basic principles of this process and its industrial applications.
