“Handbook of Predictive Microbiology Growth Models using R” book from CIMO researchers published
CIMO-IPB researchers, Ursula Gonzales-Barron and Vasco Cadavez, have launched the
“Handbook of Predictive Microbiology Growth Models using R”, which is the first
published book providing basic programming guidelines to a researcher or student
wishing to become acquainted with classical predictive microbiology modelling. The
handbook, organised in 20 chapters, is intended to be the introductory textbook for
future workshops taught by the authors, but it is also helpful as a stand-alone guide for
self-study.
