Home organic vegetable gardening book from CIMO researcher published
"A Minha Horta é Biológica" is the title of the new book of Isabel de Maria Mourão and Miguel Maria Brito. Like its predecessor, the best seller "Uma Horta em Casa", their new book is centered in urban, home and community gardens and their benefits for all but directed to helping family members, including children, in the practice of vegetable gardening.
1st Seminar on Chromatography

“BornFromKnowledge” Ideas Awards
A team of researchers from CIMO was distinguished with an honourable 2nd place at the “BornFromKnowledge” Ideas Awards, promoted by the Portuguese Innovation Agency (ANI), that took place in the Creative Science Park, in Aveiro. The team presented their business idea – SpraySafe – which is a spray that can be sprinkled on food to preserve it and has a good market potential.
Mountain 2018 just started
Mountains 2018 started Monday, December 10, in Nova Friburgo, Brazil. The event, comprising the III Workshop on Sustainable Development in Mountain Environments and the II International Conference on Research for Sustainable Development in Mountains Regions, is the largest conference dedicated to mountains research and development ever organized in Brazil.
