To celebrate World's Bread Day, an online discussion panel will be organized on October 16 at 2:30 pm to discuss the current status of this sector, its needs, and future perspectives. This event is part of the Interreg TRANSCoLAB project (Transfrontier Collaborative Laboratory for Sustainability and Innovation in the Agrifood and Agroindustrial Sector) led by the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, which includes different universities, institutions, and companies from the regions of Castilla y León and Northern of Portugal. The discussion panel will be moderated by Manuel Gómez Pallarés, a Full Professor of the Valladolid University. Companies from the spanish and portuguese sectors, such as Europastry, Tecpan, Puratos, Pão de Gimonde, Tahona de Sahagún, and the Continente Producers Group, will also take part in the discussion.
